🛑 No Exchange or Returns
All sales made on our website are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:
- Customized Products: As our gifts are personalized or made-to-order, they cannot be resold.
- Corporate Orders: Bulk or branded corporate gifting is created specifically per client request.
- Hygiene & Packaging: Many of our products are sealed, packed for gifting, or perishable in nature.
📦 What If My Order is Damaged or Incorrect?
While we do not allow returns or exchanges, we will always support you in case of:
- Damaged product during delivery
- Wrong item received
In such cases, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
- Your order ID and contact information
We will review your request and offer a resolution at our discretion.
